The technology employed for planning productions is based on the use of specific programmes for creating and processing 2D and 3D drawings. Such technology gives SIFRAL srl Company the ability and know-how of simulating the actions of the various assembled components thus allowing a more in-depth study of the details.
The system is capable of translating drawing files to/from other CAD products, and thanks to these features we have the possibility of integrating with any of the Clients' technical departments.
In the company's factory are planned and then manufactured moulds for cold deformation of metal sheet, from monobloc to progressive through several processing steps, up to transfer moulds.
The company manufactures moulds with specifications such to allow interchange of the inserts of the mould to achieve various versions of the finished item without any additional external processing.
